For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
2.1 By accessing the okabet platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies, rules, or guidelines published on the okabet platform from time to time.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and okabet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
2.3 okabet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on the platform with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the okabet platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
2.4 If you are accessing the okabet platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.
Age Restriction – 21 Years and Above
Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, participation in online gaming is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. okabet takes this requirement seriously and will verify the age of all players.
3.1 To be eligible to register and use the okabet platform, you must:

3.3 If okabet determines that a Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in this section, okabet reserves the right to immediately close the account, void all bets placed, and return deposits (less any bonuses received) at its sole discretion.
4.1 To access the full features of the okabet platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process.
4.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) okabet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 You agree to promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. okabet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
4.4 okabet reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
4.5 Upon successful registration, okabet may require you to complete the KYC verification process before you are permitted to make withdrawals. Required documents may include, but are not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your okabet account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party.
5.2 okabet will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from okabet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
5.3 You agree to notify okabet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. okabet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account prior to your notification to us.
5.4 okabet recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your account and enable any two-factor authentication features made available on the platform.
5.5 okabet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that it reasonably suspects has been compromised, accessed by an unauthorized party, or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. okabet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards may also be accepted where available.
6.2 Currency. All transactions on the okabet platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
6.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the okabet platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
6.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once verification is complete, okabet will process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
6.5 Withdrawal to Same Method. Where technically possible, okabet will process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) control measure.
6.6 Prohibited Funding Sources. You must not fund your okabet account using payment methods that do not belong to you, or using any funds derived from illegal activities. okabet reserves the right to conduct AML checks and to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities.
6.7 Unclaimed Balances. okabet reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to accounts that have been dormant for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, as specified in the platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified prior to any such fee being applied.
7.1 okabet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. okabet strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear bonus requirements without genuine gaming intent. okabet reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
7.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's account without compensation.
7.5 okabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account.
8.1 All bets placed on the okabet platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to each product (casino games, sports betting, bingo, slots, etc.), which are published on the platform.
8.2 Bet Acceptance. okabet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; there is a technical error in the odds or game outcome; or okabet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
8.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, okabet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. okabet's decision in such matters shall be final.
8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting products and are displayed on the platform. These limits may be adjusted by okabet at any time.
8.5 Finality of Results. Once a game round or sporting event has concluded and the result has been officially confirmed, the outcome is final and binding. No claims for reversal of results will be entertained except in cases of verified technical error.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okabet platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
9.2 okabet reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and winnings, and to report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

10.1 okabet provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:
10.2 okabet reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player may be experiencing gambling-related harm.
10.3 Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent their exclusion by registering new accounts. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed and any funds returned.
11.1 All content on the okabet platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game content, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of okabet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the okabet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
11.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the okabet platform without the prior written consent of okabet.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.2 okabet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okabet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 okabet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okabet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 okabet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the okabet platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 okabet may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory bodies in the Philippines in accordance with applicable law.

14.1 okabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on the okabet platform, identified by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
14.2 Where changes to the Terms are material, okabet will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via email or an in-platform notification. However, it is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
14.3 Your continued use of the okabet platform after any amendment to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to okabet's customer support team for resolution. okabet will endeavour to resolve all disputes within thirty (30) days of receipt.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through okabet's internal dispute resolution process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
15.4 You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the Philippines.
