2.1 For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, okabet is the Personal Information Controller in respect of the personal data you provide when using the Platform.

2.2 As Personal Information Controller, okabet determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is responsible for ensuring that such processing is carried out in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws and regulations.

2.3 okabet has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who is responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and applicable data privacy laws. Contact details for the DPO are provided in Section 14.

3.1 okabet collects the following categories of personal data from Players:

Identity Data:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID;
• Date of birth and age verification information;
• Government-issued identification numbers (e.g., passport number, driver's license number, SSS/UMID number);
• Photographs or scanned copies of identity documents submitted for KYC verification.

Contact Data:

• Email address;
• Mobile phone number;
• Residential address (including barangay, city/municipality, province, and postal code).

Financial Data:

• Legal obligations: To comply with applicable Philippine laws, regulations, court orders, and regulatory requirements, including reporting obligations to PAGCOR and other authorities.

5.2 okabet will not use your personal data for any purpose that is incompatible with the purposes listed above without first obtaining your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

6.1 okabet processes your personal data on the following legal bases under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012:

• Consent: Where you have given your explicit consent to the processing of your personal data for a specific purpose, such as receiving marketing communications;
• Contractual necessity: Where processing is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and okabet, including account registration, service delivery, and payment processing;
• Legal obligation: Where processing is required to comply with a legal obligation applicable to okabet, including AML reporting, KYC verification, and regulatory compliance with PAGCOR;
• Legitimate interests: Where processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of okabet, such as fraud prevention, platform security, and improving our services, provided that such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.

6.2 Where okabet relies on your consent as the legal basis for processing, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

7.1 okabet may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients:

• Service providers and processors: Third-party companies that provide services on our behalf, including payment processors (e.g., GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and Philippine banking partners), identity verification providers, IT infrastructure providers, and customer support platforms. These parties are contractually bound to process your data only on okabet's instructions and in accordance with applicable data privacy laws;
• Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), Philippine law enforcement agencies, and other government bodies, where disclosure is required by law, court order, or regulatory requirement;
• Fraud prevention and security agencies: Third-party agencies that assist okabet in detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and other illegal activities;
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of okabet's business, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy;
• Professional advisers: Lawyers, auditors, accountants, and other professional advisers who require access to your data in the course of providing services to okabet, subject to confidentiality obligations.

7.2 okabet does not transfer your personal data outside the Philippines except where necessary to deliver our services and where appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with Philippine law.

8.1 okabet retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as described in this Policy, and to comply with our legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

8.2 The following general retention periods apply:

• Account data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine AML regulations;
• Transaction and financial records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (RA 9160, as amended);
• KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the transaction to which they relate;
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction;
• Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw your consent or for three (3) years from the date of consent, whichever is earlier.

8.3 When your personal data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected, okabet will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

9.1 okabet implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

9.3 In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, okabet will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and affected individuals in accordance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

10.1 okabet uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on the Platform, analyze usage patterns, and deliver relevant content. The following types of cookies are used:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Essential for the operation of the Platform, including maintaining your login session and enabling core functionality. These cookies cannot be disabled;
• Performance and analytics cookies: Used to collect information about how Players use the Platform, such as which pages are visited most frequently and how long sessions last. This data is used in aggregate form to improve the Platform;
• Functionality cookies: Used to remember your preferences and settings, such as your preferred language and display options;
• Security cookies: Used to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, including bot detection and session integrity verification.

10.2 You can manage or disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the okabet Platform.

10.3 okabet does not use cookies to serve third-party advertising or to track your activity across unrelated websites.

11.1 You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

• Right to be informed: The right to be informed of how your personal data is being collected and processed, as described in this Policy;
• Right of access: The right to request a copy of the personal data okabet holds about you, along with information about how it is being used;
• Right to rectification: The right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data okabet holds about you;
• Right to erasure: The right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to okabet's legal and regulatory retention obligations;

11.2 okabet will respond to all data privacy rights requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further fifteen (15) business days, and you will be notified of any such extension.

11.3 Please note that certain rights may be limited where okabet is required to retain or process your data to comply with legal obligations, including AML and KYC requirements under Philippine law.

12.1 okabet does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If okabet becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

12.2 If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the age of 21 has provided personal data to okabet, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately using the details in Section 14.

12.3 okabet uses age verification procedures during the registration process and may request documentary proof of age at any time to ensure compliance with this requirement.

13.1 okabet reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable laws, or regulatory requirements. The most current version of this Policy will always be available on the okabet Platform, identified by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

13.2 Where changes to this Policy are material, okabet will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. However, it is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically.

13.3 Your continued use of the okabet Platform following the posting of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
